One more for the road
2024 is coming to an end, but I'm just getting started
Things are winding down, but not really. My book just came out! How Could You is out everywhere in bookstores all across the world. And if your local shop doesn’t carry it, ask them to place an order! In my experience, indie shops are always happy to hear recommendations and requests from their frequent faces.
Now that How Could You is officially out, I’m looking for places to do events and signings and talks, and if you want to invite me to your shop/school/library, let me know! I’m all ears. I’ll be at Powell’s in January with Shay Mirk on January 23. If you’re in Portland, come through and say hi! I’ll also be at FanExpo Portland after that.
Get your copy of How Could You, and if you’re in Seattle, I’ll see you at ECCC!!
Here’s what people have to say about How Could You:
Give it 5 stars on Goodreads, if you think of it! Thank you!!
Final itch.io sale of the year!
50% off all my digital comics and collections through the end of the year. I’ll be putting out new stuff in 2025, so get this deal now and get ready for more to come!
Mail Club December 2024
This month’s postcard and sticker are ferocious!! All rewards are printed locally here in Portland OR. Join the mail club, and I’ll send you yours in January (also hello Canada! Yours are coming soon!)
What else did I do this month, hmm…
On top of the book promo, I’ll be working lots of hours at the print shop during Xmas and New Years weeks, so I’ll be diverting my energy towards that and away from art just for the holidays. Not very relaxing, but hey, gotta pay the new increased Portland General Electric rates next year, right fellas? 💀
This will be my final newsletter of the year. Hello to the new subscribers from CALA! And thank you to long time readers of my newsletter. You know I couldn’t do what I do without your support, and this whole year I have been immensely grateful. I keep saying it, because I keep feeling it. Thank you! I’ll make more stuff in 2025, and I hope you like it!!
Here’s some sweet treats for you to check out:

Blix & Vega Collected Edition by Cori Walters
Not a link, but we watched Jentry Chau vs the Underworld, and it is SO good!!
Just finished listening to My Year of Rest and Relaxation by Ottessa Moshfegh. I really like books where you see the bad thing coming and you just have to sit through the dread.
