Almost time to hibernate

Are you feeling the change in the seasons, everyone? The leaves are turning red, and my very independent cat has started snuggling up more. I wrote a little blog post earlier this week just cherishing a random October day in my city.

Hello to new readers who stopped by to say hi at NYCC! That show was so much fun, and I really hope I get to do it again. Now that it’s over, I have a nice long break from doing conventions until March (god willing!)

But the true last show of the year goes back to my comic-making roots. I’ll be at the Portland Zine Symposium on Sunday November 9!!

October Mail Club

ULTRA RARE multiple sticker month!! I never do this many stickers for Patreon, but I fell in love with the fat neolithic cave painting horses. So here you go, an October special miracle! This month’s print is a new character named Kismet. She’s part of the Boyish Girlish universe, which is bopping around in the back of my mind until the time is right. She’s the missing piece of this story, and I’m so glad I found her. Join the mail club by October 31st and I’ll send you these!

What else did I do this month, hmm…

I made an art feed on my website! I am sick of social media collecting all my SEO and engagement for their algorithm, so I’m making a portion of my website be a collection of images that I would normally post to Instagram. To be clear, I’ll still be posting to socials, but it feels nice to have my art hosted on my website in a way that is chronological. You can check it out here and add it to your RSS reader ;)
